Tastar-Ata Mountain Pass

Day 1: Journey to the First Jailoo — Ashuu-Tor Early in the morning, we will pick you up from your guesthouse and drive to the village of Tuura-Suu. There you will meet your guide, and if you choose the horseback riding option, you will also meet your horses. After preparation, we will begin our journey towards the first high-altitude jailoo. Along the way, we will stop for a picnic lunch and enjoy the peaceful beauty of nature. In the afternoon, we will arrive at Ashuu-Tor Jailoo, where you can admire a spectacular sunset and enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding valley. Overnight stay will be in traditional shepherds’ yurts, where you can experience the authentic nomadic lifestyle. Day 2: Through Mountain Valleys to Jazuu-Kechuu Jailoo After breakfast, we will continue our journey to the beautiful Tuiuk-Tor area. You can choose to hike or travel on horseback while enjoying the stunning mountain scenery along the route. After lunch, we will take a short break to relax and admire the breathtaking views of Lake Issyk-Kul and the surrounding valleys. Later, we will continue our way to Jazuu-Kechuu Jailoo, where we will spend the night in a traditional shepherd’s yurt under the clear mountain sky. Day 3: Tastar-Ata Mountain Pass and End of the Adventure After breakfast, we will head towards Tastar-Ata Mountain, located at an altitude of approximately 3,847 meters above sea level. We will cross the mountain pass and enjoy an incredible panoramic view of Lake Issyk-Kul. During the journey, we will have lunch while surrounded by magnificent mountain landscapes and the beauty of the lake below. Afterwards, we will descend and reach Boz-Salkyn Jailoo in the afternoon. After a short rest, we will drive to Bokonbaevo village (approximately 20 minutes by car), where our unforgettable mountain adventure will come to an end.
